I need help to learn how to manage a Youtube channel using Jira+Confluence

I am relatively new to Jira (not to confluence)

I am more or less into agile methodologies.

I would like to talk to someone who teaches how to configure and use Atlassian as content creator process management tool.

I am willing to hire a consultant, btw. I would prefer it in Spanish, but is not mandatory.
