Moved an issue from next gen project to the classic project but it is not showing in backlog or in sprint. I can only view it from issue navigation. It was a ToDo item. The swimlane are even same for both projects. What could be the issue?

What is the status of the newly moved issue? Verify that the status of the moved issue equates to the status mapped to Backlog.

The status is ToDo.

I am not able to find how to view the mapped status in Backlog. Can you direct me to the related help article to proceed with this?

Click on the ellipses of the board then  board settings and choose Columns. You should see Backlog.
