I'm unable to login to my Jira account

I'm unable to login to my Jira account. getting the below error

sreehari.pothuru@oracle.com doesn't have access to Jira on dmsswtsupport.atlassian.net.

Could you please assist in this issue

Hi @spothuru_slt 

According to this error message, you don't have access to that Jira instance. Is that the right email address / Atlassian Account for logging in?

If it is, you need to contact a Jira Admin / Site Admin from your team/company, so they can investigate why you no longer have access to this site.
