I already have a free 'site' on Jira and I had one on confluence as well (the  free version) but I stopped using it for a few months (maybe 5 or so) and when I tried to access it, I got:

Confluence has been deactivated

Your Confluence Cloud subscription has been deactivated due to inactivity, and the data will be permanently deleted soon.
and at the end of this message, it said please contact us immediately if you need assistance. (but unfortunately I can only get 1-on-1 support if I use a paid version!)
Has anyone faced this before? What can I do to be able to use Confluence again? Even if I won't be able to get my data on it from before
Thanks! 🙏🏻

Hello @Yasmine Yusuf  Hope so everything will be going very well.

Yes, Atlassian can deactivate free Confluence sites after prolonged inactivity, which means your old data might be gone if you didn't back it up. To use Confluence again, you’ll need to create a new site—unfortunately, the free version doesn’t include 1-on-1 support for recovery. Keep your site active regularly next time to avoid this! Hope this helps you get back to collaborating smoothly.
