I've logged into my account and trying to access one of my Business Projects Boards and it just keeps trying to connect and then comes up with "An error occurred" in the top right- hand corner. I click off that and it just keeps trying to connect. However, I can access the Summary and Issues and Filters tabs OK.

The best way to proceed with this case would be to ask one of the site admins for your instance to log a support request for this: http://support.atlassian.com/contact
This way the assigned support engineer after getting permission from the site-admin can access the instance and impersonate your user in order to troubleshoot this issue.
