I'm trying to access 1 of my Projects and it just keeps coming up with "An error occurred"

I've logged into my account and trying to access one of my Business Projects Boards and it just keeps trying to connect and then comes up with "An error occurred" in the top right- hand corner.  I click off that and it just keeps trying to connect.  However, I can access the Summary and Issues and Filters tabs OK.

Hello @Anna Herd ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The best way to proceed with this case would be to ask one of the site admins for your instance to log a support request for this: http://support.atlassian.com/contact

This way the assigned support engineer after getting permission from the site-admin can access the instance and impersonate your user in order to troubleshoot this issue.

If this is not an option, then please let us know:

  1. If you are the only user affected by this issue or if also other users are facing the same behavior.
  2. If you have the same issue opening when trying to open other boards or only this one?  (business or software boards, does it make any difference?)
  3. If you open the browser developer tools and you reload the page, can you see any error logged in the console?
