Hi,

I took a look at our email logs for your address.  I found 4 messages that all show as being delivered to your address:

2022-09-28T06:54:22.000Z 01GE1DZFVAWVNZCJ03B7A3SW1Y notifications-noreply@bitbucket.org i**********@gmail.com delivery

As such I'd recommend checking your spam folder or see if there is any other filtering happening that might explain why these do not appear in your inbox.

Hi,

Thanks for providing that detail.  I found this error on one account under that domain:

554-ironport.lcit.com 554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation. If you believe that this failure is in error, please contact the intended recipient via alternate means.

We are aware that recently some of our sending email IP addresses were added to a spamcop blocklist.  We have those removed from spamcop now.  But we had a number of other customers using a different service, mimecast.  It seems that their service was caching that old data from spamcop as well, and in turn they were blocking delivery as well.  We had an incident for that over in https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/l4gvrrxl687j

I suspect that your ironport service here is doing something very similar.  I recommend reaching out to your mail administrator so that they can update to pull form spamcops current listings or outright whitelist our outbound email address.
