I'm not receiving a verification email or recovery link from Atlassian

I'm not receiving any verification code when I try to log in to Soundtrap JIRA (https://soundtrap.atlassian.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa) on Atlassian. My email is jose.delostrinos@concentrix.com
