I m not able change association between issues on workflow schema

When I try to change workflow and add new step which is Ready fır Testing between In progress and In testing there is an error always.

You can't edit the active workflow in Jira. Take a copy of existing workflow and modify the steps or Transitions as required and assign that newly created one to the required project.
