Yesterday I was using the software guided by some youtube videos where I created Epics, Tasks, Subtasks etc. But I am trying to use the software today and when I create a new project it tells me that I can't enter any issues and also the menu on the left side of the screen with Timeline, Roadmaps, Boards, etc. are no longer showing. Did I do something wrong or is there a setting that I need to change? Thank you in advance for any help with these issues.

Hi Anton - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

A couple of things - did you create a Team-managed project? Or a Company-managed projected? 

Also, since you are on a Free plan, there are no permissions that exclude anyone from doing anything. Everyone has the permissions of an administrator. 

So, this sounds like some type of browser issue or caching. I suggest logging out of everything, and maybe even closing all browser windows and clearing cache. Then first, try logging in with Incognito mode and see what happens.

@John Funk thank you sir, logging out then logging back in worked perfectly. I use the Brave browser and that may have been the cause of my issue. Once again, thank you for your time and expertise.

Great! Glad to hear. I also use Brave and run into things like that from time to time. When I do, I always test it against an Incognito login or a Chrome Incognito login to see if I see the same thing happening.
