I'm having troubles about sorting out tasks whose have a custom field AND it's empty.

I'm using this code:
project = PDI AND "Localização  Matriz ou Filial[Dropdown]" is EMPTY

Are you working with Jira Cloud or Jira Server/Data Center?

If your URL looks similar to

https://yourCompany.atlassian.net/

then you are working with Jira Cloud.

What is the result of executing the filter that you showed? Are you getting

- an error message?

- issues that you don't expect?

- not getting issues you think should be included?
