What happens when you try to access the site?
Are you the person that set up the product subscription? Are you an Organization Admin or only a Product Admin? Are you able to access any information through https://admin.atlassian.com concerning the site, subscription, or Organization?
When was the last time any of your team successfully accessed the site?
Free subscriptions that have no activity for 120 consecutive days may be deactivated by Atlassian due to inactivity. Could that be the case for your subscription?
