Hello!

I lose the Description if I change the Issue Type after filling it out.

-Clicked Create in the header

-Filled out the required fields, incl. Description

-Changed the problem type

-Saved

-Received an empty description

Important: we use description templates in our project.

Questions

Is it possible to save the description when switching between task types with the same templates?

Hi @Сергей

Check if the problem ticket is using the same custom field as the description of the original ticket.  It's possible that you have multiple description custom fields created and in the view/edit screen you are showing the wrong one.
