Hi there,
I have an xml back up of a previous JIRA cloud instance that I want to be able to access the collateral of. I click on:
Import Jira Cloud
Select overwrite existing cloud users,
Select Import data
then it proceeds to upload the data but when it goes to commence processing - it doesnt go past 0% and then I get the following error:
Import error
There was an error importing file jira-export.zip. Please try again or choose a different file.
my zip file is only 48MB. What could be the issue?
