Has everyone seen the issue of constantly needing to re-login to the JIRA cloud slack app? It seems like I have to do this at least once a day. Other users have said they are able to stay logged in. It can be frustrating to have to go through the process yet again when you click on a link. Any help on this issue would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

When you say that you need to re-login after clicking on a link, do you see the login message as a Slack response from the Jira Cloud bot - green "Log in" button like this:
Or is it a login window in your browser that's more along these lines:
Knowing which of these prompts you're getting will help me with the next-steps in troubleshooting.

I see the first screenshot, meaning the prompt telling me I'm not logged in. Then when I click the button to log in, I get directed to the login screen via a browser. Once I do that it logs me back into the slack app.

Same thing happens to me and it only resolves itself ( am able to get back into Jira) after I clear my browser cache and log in again. This is the message I get after clicking a Jira link in slack:
