I have used a Sales Template and I want to rename the columns. How do I do that? I was given the permission to be an org admin but I still cant rename the column.

Hi @Nina Gundran and welcome to Community!

In this kind of project, your columns actually match your workflow. You can update it by going to Project settings > Issue types > Edit workflow:

If you rename your statuses, or even add new ones, your board will be updated accordingly.

Welcome to the community.

Are you talking about the columns on the Board view, as mentioned in @Manon Soubies-Camy 's response, or the columns on the List view?

If you are talking about the List view, you change which columns are displayed from the + button to the right of the last column.

Or are you talking about wanting to change the template itself, so that projects created from it in the future have different columns?
