Yesterday, I somehow signed up to Jira twice by accident. So, now i have myname.atlassian.net and myname352396238t2.atlassian.net. And within both of these are Jira Software and Jira Project Management, for a total of 4. But I don't want all of these as it makes it confusing. How can I close down one of these entirely?
You've set up two Atlassian Cloud "sites", and you want rid of one of them to avoid confusion.
To set up a site, you have to have an Atlassian account, to act as the owner of the site. They can own many sites, so this is going to be easier if you've used the same Atlassian account to create both sites.
Log into my.atlassian.com and go to the "licences" tab. You'll get a list of all your sites there, and if you expand one of them, you'll find a "cancel subscription" option.

Hey Douglas,
You will need to be an Atlassian Admin and remove one of the accounts.
Atlassian Admin < Users < Find the account you wish to remove < click 3 dots < Revoke site access
Thanks,
Amanda

Hi @[deleted]
Or have one of the accounts stripped of the license and disable the accounts, instead of revoking.
This needs to be done within Atlassian Access as well
