I have this error "TKVEQL"

User want to enter to my proyect and they get this error and I dont know why

Hi Mauricio - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I have seen this problem when there are issues with licenses for the Jira Software or Jira Service Desk. Are you using the Free subscription?

Also, make sure the user has the Browse Project permissions in the permission scheme for that Project.
