I have some queries relate to Jira Cloud

Hi Team,

1)We would like to know Jira Cloud trail version is limited to 10users.validity is 30 days. After subscription is over how much you charge (including add on's, user's)?
2) We are using another cloud account and they have charged me 22.9USD and would like to know they charged(including addon's, subscription charges)?

3) I am trying to add people in project roles on Jira Cloud trail version and is limited to 10users. But option is showing upgrade the plan, my question is why can't we add some  user's in project roles on cloud trail version?

2. They are charged as explained in the answers to 1
3. That's not a trial site, your trial has expired.  It's now on a free licence, where you can't add more than 10 people unless you pay for the next tier up.
