I just received an email about my organization being deleted. Is this my entire organization? I have 2 or 3 sites that I usually work in.

Hello @emardev Welcome to the community. Please check the organization in the email. It might be coz of inactivity or failure to make the payment. An organisation can have multiple sites so I would suggest you to check the org in email and verify.
