I have one question, please give me answer

leechoonghyun July 14, 2023

hello. I am a new user.

Sorry I can speak in English little bit,

It is working on the web without installing Atlassian on the local pc.

I installed an app called ScriptRunner for Jira, and I am using the latest version 8.7.0(Cloud)

I know that jir uses the Groovy language.

When coding in the Script Console and Script Listeners, an "unable to resolve class" error occurs.

What should I do? Can't you give me a hint?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

We can't help you with this without seeing the error messages.  I am sorry, but "unable to resolve class" is not enough information, we need to know what classes you are trying to use.

It might be easier to just show us the script you are writing, and tell us which lines are being highlighted as unable to resolve classes.

Also, could you look at https://library.adaptavist.com , there are lots of working scripts there, and a useful test would be to copy and paste one of them into your console and check that it does not throw any errors.
