I have not permissions as administrator

Hello,

I have a problem, I can not login as system administrator. I would like to install a plugin, but I can not because I need login as a system administrator. The problem is that I can not login as a system administrator. I have two users, I have sysadmin user but I do not know its password, and mitca user that I created when hired confluence ondemand, but does not have permissions to install plugins.

What can I do to enable confluence administrator account or system administrator?.

You can't.

System administration is limited to OnDemand system administrators.

You cannot install plugins in OnDemand, unless they're on the list. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=315326753&from=LgFuEw

in ondemand installations only atlassians are system-administrators. also there is a restriction about plugins
