Hi @Дима

Welcome to the community forums!

About your problem, do you still have access to admin.atlassian.com? If so, you can add yourself back to the usual relevant admin groups like:

  • site-admins

  • jira-administrators

Are you the only Site admin in your organization? If not, you can directly ask a Site admin to grant you Jira admin access and permissions.

If you are the only Site and Jira admin, then your ultimate option is to contact Atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Explain that you’ve lost site admin access and are the billing contact or verified domain owner.

They might verify items like the ones indicated below before your access is restored.

  • Billing details

  • Domain ownership

  • Organization ownership

I hope this slightly helps you!
