I have lost my phone and with that lost the 2-factor authentication

I have lost my phone and with that lost the 2-factor authentication I have configured in my phone. I have reached out to my admin as well, but He is unable to, saying He cannot do much with my Atlassian account.

Please help me add my new phone for 2-factor authentication so that I can login smoothly.
