I have lost full access to https://roblox.atlassian.net/ and i cannot login in

Recently i was signed out of my Jira account for https://roblox.atlassian.net/ and have not been able to login since im wondering if you can help me it does also say my account is no longer connected with https://roblox.atlassian.net/ which is very strange to me since i was using this account multiple times before hand.
