Hello @Fabricio Fernandes de Souza - If you are on a server instance with a paid license you will be able to upgrade to any of the available versions of Jira server.
Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Your license will allow you to upgrade to any versions released before the end of the license period. If you are unsure of the exact date, it can be found at my.atlassian.com or on the Versions and Licenses page in Jira's administration.
By checking the dates of the versions on the Jira download archives page , you can determine which versions the license will work with. For example, the Jira 8.11 releases:
8.11.1
16-Aug-2020
8.11.0
14-Jul-2020
If your license ends on July 19 2020, you would be able to install Jira 8.11.0, but not 8.11.1 since that version was released in August.
