I have issue with my server nodes. I have multiple nodes when start it work for some time again down

I am not able to access jira on my preproduction server. attached screen shot for the same.

What do the log files say the problem is?

Please see the log file showing some null null values.

Could you look for the error that is halting the service?

Also, just to check, how are you trying to "access" the service - what URL is it running on, and what error do you get when you try to visit that with a browser?
