BUG in JIRA when I open the dropdown in any ticket and then scroll up then the dropdown overlapped and moves outside the dialog box. As you can see in the video.

Great to see that you want to help improve the product by sharing feedback! In cases like this, you can reach out to Atlassian support to share your feedback. From within Jira, click on the ? icon near the top right corner and either select:
- Contact support to raise a ticket with the support team directly;
- Give feedback about Jira: fill out a compact feedback form (you can't share attachments there)
Hope this is a pointer in the right direction!
