I have an organization that seems to have been created but I cannot delete it.

I'm trying to delete an Organization from my Jira platform. This wasn't created by us and seems to be a demo org. When i try and delete the organization I cannot.. 

"Your organization has apps that you need to remove before deleting it. If you've recently removed the apps, retry in a minute."

But I cannot remove the apps either...

Any help out there?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

In the Atlassian Cloud there are two things referred to as "organizations".

• Within the JSM application an Organization is a container for grouping customers, and an Organizations field in JSM work items can be set to this value.
• There is an overarching Atlassian Cloud Organization (accessed through https://admin.atlassian.net) under which sites and Atlassian product subscriptions exist.

Can you confirm for us which type of Organization you are trying to remove?

Assuming you are trying to delete an Atlassian Cloud Organization, what happens when you try to remove apps?

What apps remain that you cannot remove?

Hi Trudy. This is a Cloud Organization. I have no option to remove the app. Ive tried cancelling subs, but that option not available either.

What apps remain that you cannot remove/unsubscribe?

I have seen posts about some apps where the subscriptions cannot be managed through https://admin.atlassian.com, such as Rovo and Loom. To get such apps removed the suggestion I have seen have been to contact Atlassian Technical Support directly (https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ )
