I have an issue that always pops up when I first access a Kanban board

When I navigate to the Kanban board I am a part of the same old, closed issue pops up. I didn't do anything to make that happen. Is there a way to stop it from popping up every time?

How are you navigating to the board specifically?

Is it via Jira (eg. go to Project, click Board)? Or is it a hyperlink or bookmark?

It was the hyperlink to the board with the issue open. Wow, can't see the forest for the trees. Thank you!
