I sometimes have issues with either putting in a ticket or a team leader putting a ticket in at my site. We will put it in and in less than a minuit it shows as being closed by a different user. Always the same one. They close more quickly than someone could possibly receive it and read it.
it sounds like maybe an automation is kicking in here and that automation is being run under the specific user's name. Can you check that possibility?
It's kind of what I'm thinking too. I'm kind of a neophite user. I wanted to see if this was even possible before I started bothering upper management.
