I have an error when I try to run a backup from Jira Cloud

When I try to run a backup of one of my environment in Jira Cloud I get the msg 'Export failed (preparation).
It worked with no problem in another environment.

Hi Pierre,

I'd recommend the following...

• Wipe your cache
• Try from a different PC on a completely different network 
  • ^Isolating it's not being blocked by a firewall, proxy or etc.... on your companies network
• If all this fails Atlassian will need to take a look. You can raise a ticket at support.atlassian.com, can't comment on the level of help / response time you'll receive as this is subscription dependent.

Backup works on another instance, so it's not a proxy, firewall, etc. problem.
