I have an assignment issue when Groupee Group assignee is enabled

Hi,
I'm using Groupee - Group Assignee in order to assign issues to a group of users and I'm encountering a problem with this add-on.
When I want to assign an issue to only one person, without using the Groupee field, the issue is randomly assigned to another user who is not part of the project.
When I want the issue to be unassigned, the issue is also randomly assigned to another user.
It seems there is conflict somewhere, because when the add-on is disabled, the assignation to one person works perfectly.
Could you tell me if there is a way to solve this?
