I have admin access but can't edit groups?

The account owner showed me these screenshots but I can't find a way to administer groups anywhere in the app? Should I also be showing as an Org admin? How does the owner make another Org admin?

You need to be org admin in order to manage groups.

Do you see the users and groups options in the left sidebar?

If you see the group's option that's where you can manage groups when you navigate to user Administration in  Admin page.
