I have added Manage Sprint Permissions, but user is still unable to Manage Sprint

I have granted a user permissions to manage sprints. She is not able to on the specific project she needs too and has the ability on other project. My permissions I granted her should have given her the ability on all projects/boards, but there is no one is not allowing her to. Anyone have any idea why this is?

I figured out what was happening. The sprint was connected to a Jira service management project as well and had to add her permissions there as well.
