I have a team member, Ashutosh Udhoji, who is creating a dashboard, “Two Dimensional Filter Statistics”.
When selecting the “XAxis” field, he is not able to see/select the “TEAM” field.
Can you please advise as to why this field is not visible to us or how we can get this field added for selection.
the TEAM field should be in the drop-down values for the XAxis and YAxis fields for selection.
Hi @Suraj
Sadly the TEAM field is not supported:

Hi @Suraj
You might be running into issues if the "TEAM" field isn't a standard Jira field or if it's a custom field that hasn't been properly configured for use in dashboards or reports. Sometimes, custom fields need to be associated with specific screens or project configurations to show up in these areas.
Also you check our pivot table widget for more advanced configuration options.

Hi @Suraj ,
This is a known Jira limitation, not a permission problem. The Team field used by Plans/Advanced Roadmaps is not supported as an X- or Y-axis in the native Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget. Atlassian is tracking the request here: JRACLOUD-87800.
The native workaround is to create a supported single-select field such as Reporting Team, then use Jira Automation to copy the Team name into it whenever Team changes. The proxy field can then be selected in the gadget. However, it duplicates data and existing work items must also be backfilled.
If third-party apps are an option, I’m part of the team that creates Time in Status.
Using its Pivot Mode, you can group work by the Reporting Team field, compare teams by status or project, and calculate work item counts or workflow durations. The result can also be displayed in a Jira dashboard gadget.
To be transparent, this will not add the original Team field to Jira’s native Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget.

Hello @Suraj,
I'm Marlene and I'm part of the team behind Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards.
As mentioned above, Jira's native dashboard gadgets don't currently support the Team field. If you're open to using a Marketplace app, you might want to give Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards a try.
Our app supports the Team field in the Quick Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget, as well as several other dashboard gadgets, making it easier to build interactive dashboards based on your teams.
