I have a question about Automation

Ajay Prasad November 6, 2025

I am trying to create an automation rule and the trigger is "change in time tracking and the user is the scrum master (provided his name) and the next run updated it to his id". In both the cases the automation was able to identify the issue where the time tracking was changed but not the user.

Hello @Ajay Prasad

To enable us to help you with this automation please provide screen images showing the entire automation rule and the details of each step.

Also, please provide the details of the audit log for when the rule executed and you did not get the results you expected. Make sure you expand all the entries in that individual log so we can see all the details.

When you are trying to find "the user is the scrum master" do you mean the person making the time tracking change is the scrum master?

GM Trudy - Thank you for your response. I was looking at it a little more carefully and I found the error.

If there is something else that becomes a blocker, I will come back with it.
