I have a project, where other team will raise a request to me, and I will help them back.

I have a project, where other team will raise a request to me, and I will help them back.

but I am unable to get the access to a template, where other team could fill in their details and I could see the template and work accordingly.

Is there any suggestion or help on how I can get access to these templates in jira Data center.
