A project is called PRO123 with 6 columns, its original board was modified, and it has no incidents They are all SCRUM projects

Questions:

how do i create a new project copy of that?

How can I create a new project and bring me the PRO123 dashboard configuration?

Hello Francisco,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

On Jira Cloud, when creating a Classic project, it's possible to use the "Shared configuration" option that will copy some settings from the original project. This option is currently not available for the Free plan.

The project won't have a board, so you can create a separate board and then move it or move an existing board to this new project.

Regarding both of your questions:

It's not possible to copy the entire project, so in this case, I would suggest to create a brand new project, copy the board, and then move the new board to the new project.

After creating the project, to copy the board, you can click on the search box on the top of the site and select "Boards".

On this page, you will see the list of all board and will be able to copy and move to another project.

Note that, this option is not available for Next-gen projects, only Classic.

If you have any other questions regarding this matter, please let us know.

Regards,
Angélica
