I have a past sprint and a newly started sprint with Story Points but Velocity Chart won't work?

I have a past sprint and a newly started sprint with Story Points but Velocity Chart won't work?  It seems I cannot get it to link and display Completed Points and Estimated Points in the report. Everything is zero?
