How can I see my old questions or those of my colleagues in the Jira ticket system?
The old ticket questions from me or my groups can no longer be seen in my profile.
In my profile I see both email addresses but no ticket.
How can I get the old tickets?

Are you talking about Questions in this community? Or are you talking about Jira items in a specific Jira instance?
If you are talking about Jira items in a specific Jira instance, are you referring to items in viewed through a Jira Service Management customer portal, or through the Jira UI used by licensed users?
