I have a database issue and I receieved a message to "use the recovery tool [90030-185]"

Where do I find the recovery tool and instructions on how to use?

That's not actually an Atlassian error, it's a problem with the database.  But, which database are you using?  The error suggests the internal h2 database, not postgresql
