I have a customer that I sent an invite to Jira but they are not receiving the invite email.

I have a new hire (customer) that I sent an invite to Jira SD but they are not receiving the invite email.

I think they are being blocked in Jira so now I need to know how to unblock them and then resend invite.  I believe the issue may be that they were added to Jira before their email address was created.
