×We have a kanban board that has a two of the same subtask type that are linked to the same parent. What we are seeing is that only one of the subtask types are populating on the kanban board. I noticed that it is taking the first subtask ticket that was created vs both or the second one created. Is this a known bug? should we be able to see both subtask tickets on the board?

Are the excluding subtasks all of the same type?
Start by checking the filter that is used to select issues for the board. Ensure that it is written in such a way that the subtasks issue types are not being excluded.
Find the filter by clicking on the ... button in the upper right corner above the board, and select Configure. The filter will be on the General tab for the board configuration.
