I have Jira Core and Jira Software we are doing a POC before we by a larger pack

I am trying to use Jira Core features but only Jira Software shows up. Can you help?

Yes, I have both Core and Software licenses on and yes I have 2 different groups for the different types of users.

What Core features are you missing?

Oh, hang on, you mean the new project types for Cloud only? The display you have there is right for server - the "business" types are Server Core.
