I have JIRA6.2 and I want to upgrade JIRA6.4 and I have some queries regarding this.

My queries are as below.

  1. Will my licence for JIRA6.2 be valid after upgrading to JIRA6.4 or I have to take a new licence for JIRA6.4.
  2. Can I download JIRA6.4 installable from Atlassian website and it should be okay or I have to buy JIRA6.4 installables?

All Atlassian software is freely available on their site for download.

Your licence for 6.2 will work for 6.4, as long as it has not expired (if it has expired, then you will only be able to upgrade to a version released before the expiry date)
