I work for a start-up and we use JIRA for our internal projects. We recently hired an outside dev company who also uses JIRA. They want to add me to their JIRA Projects. How do I merge my two accounts? thanks

You don't - the accounts are totally separate.  You'll be able to log into both of them at the same time, in separate browser tabs, but the two systems are totally independent of each other, and are unaware of the other's user base.

Your external company can add you with the same credentials as your other account, but it's a separate physical entity and will consume one of their licences.

Thanks! The other company told me I could merge the two. Good to know!
