I have 2 issues in Active sprint and which are completed when I am trying to close  current sprints it gives error saying 2 issues are done and one issue is still open it asks me to move next sprint or backlog. But I don't  see any issues in the active sprint.

@srinath reddy pinappuso may  be you don't have the  permission to  view issue that  is still  open check  this. could you  add screen  shots?

If that was the case I could have updated the screen prints long time back. The place where I work I am not suppose take screen prints and post outside :( . Thanks a lot for the valuable information so far.

Can you check the subtasks on those issues? Maybe one of the subtasks is not closed?

Or maybe there is a filter that is hiding the issue.

The 2 stories does't have any sub-tasks. And I don't see any filters as well but the actual sprint end date was 2 days ago, we are trying close that sprint today.
