I need to cancel my account immediately and have all information deleted. I have been trying to navigate this cancellation for days. I have advised my credit card company of this mistake and instructed them not to make any payments when the 30 day trial period is over.

Hello @David Schoen ,

Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)

To delete an account:

  1. Access your Account settings at id.atlassian.com/manage-profile.

  2. Select Account preferences.

  3. Navigate to the Delete your account section and select Delete account.

  4. Before you delete the account, carefully read what happens to the deleted account.

  5. Select Delete account and confirm you want to delete it in the confirmation dialog that appears.

After 14 days grace period, the account will be permanently deleted.

Hi @David Schoen , first please note that I do not work for Atlassian but rather I am a customer and contributor to this community. I am unclear what exactly you joined here, but I'm assuming that you want to delete your Atlassian account. Further, I am unsure exactly what instructions you have followed. Maybe you could provide a link to those instructions? In the meantime, here is something that might help.

  1. navigate to id.atlassian.com
  2. Click on you avatar in upper left and select account settings 
  3. select Account preferences in the upper menu and then Delete account
