I found the "Failed to retrieve project data" on both projects

I think I added more than 3 accounts for the Project, and once I know the cause of the issues, I try to remove the accounts that have just only 3 accounts

btw, right now the project still shows "Failed to retrieve project data"

Hello,

Welcome to the community :)

Could you please check if you are able to see the projects here :  https://xxx.atlassian.net/jira/projects

If yes, it means that you do not have permission to view the projects. You can go to project settings from the link above and view the permissions. Make sure that you are in a role or group that has the "Browse Projects" permission.

How many total Service Desk users do you have (all projects)? You are only allowed 3 under the free plan.

Thank You,

Prachi
