I forgot my password link is not on the login screen in jira

I forgot my password link is not on the login screen in jira, how can I get it to show up?

Do you have external user management set up? If it's responsible for passwords (i.e. is read-only to JIRA), the forgot password link will vanish because JIRA can't do it.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
